Each participant in the Referral Partner program offered by Snazzy Promotions [NZ] (the "Program Operator") at https://thedigitalblogsmith.com (the "Website") expressly agrees to this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully. By participating in the Referral Partner program, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not register for the program.
To participate, you must complete the application form at https://thedigitalblogsmith.com and agree to the terms. Applications may be rejected at our sole discretion for reasons including objectionable content or links to gambling or illegal content.
Commission Rate - on a product to product basis. Announced on the site if at all offered.
Payment Timeline: 30 days after the end of the month in which sales are finalized.
Commissions are only paid on collected and non-refundable sales.

All payments are calculated on the net transaction after processing fees. Refunds or chargebacks will be deducted from future payouts.
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes. If required by law, Snazzy Promotions [NZ] will withhold applicable taxes.
This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Whangarei, New Zealand.
